Tips and Tricks:

  1. With it being February and love is in the air, spread some to our smaller love bugs!! I came across this super cute idea a few weeks ago.. Starting Feb. 1st til Valentine’s Day, put a new heart on your kids’ door with a reason why you love them!!

  2. Begin Journaling… If you do not journal, try it out!! If nothing else it is a way to look back on a day, a time or an event that took place in your everyday crazy busy life and it can take you back to that moment. It might not be a good moment when you look back, but it might be an AWESOME moment that brings a smile to your face and in that moment when your reflecting the feeling of JOY might have been just what you needed!!

  3. With the sick bug floating around I wanted to set your mind at ease when it comes to fevers. Fevers are our bodies natural way of healing so contrary to what you may have heard they aren't the worst thing to stick around a few days. Check out this Myth & Fact article I found! https://www.seattlechildrens.org/conditions/a-z/fever-myths-versus-facts/
