August is here and while for me that used to mean summer, my birthday, and vacations, it now means younger kids are getting ready for school and older kids are getting ready to… head to college! 😭
Back to school is an annually important topic for the wellness space because we want our children to have strong immune systems, be able to focus well at school, sleep their best so they can go to school rested, and learn how to have productive and sustainable routines to prepare for adulthood. We want our kids to be happy and healthy.
