The Worst Part of Having Covid
Honestly the worst part of having Covid was feeling crazy!
I was so thankful to one of the coaches on The Well that had just had it and talked me through the roller coaster!
I hope this post and podcast and video below help even just one to not feel alone!
I got covid on my birthday… my 44th! Great timing, huh?!
I started with no symptoms but aches continued to progress but I didn’t really feel awful until days 8-10.
Symptoms:
Awful back aches
Headaches
Couldn’t take naps
Chills and sweats but no fever
Low grade fever
So thirsty
Depression, anxiety, like something is just wrong!
Later: congestion, brain fog, achiness
The worst part was the brain fog and anxiety!! Listen to The Well podcast episode if you can relate and don’t want to feel alone!
"We were not created to handle this much information at once. Our brains are at capacity and then some. We hear everything about everywhere and about everyone. "
