Spring Spruce Up

Three simple steps for your mind,

heart, and home.

Spring has sprung - let’s spruce up some self care as we run head on into spring!

Spring is special this year because it dawned early with Easter taking place the last week of March instead of mid-April. The hope of this blog is to spruce up some spring feelings because we all need a change of seasons.  Every season has its purpose and is beautiful in its own way. Coming out of winter, with Easter you may be reminded of the newness of life and the renewal that is available to us through a relationship with Jesus.  In a less significant way, spring is also a time to enter a renewal for mind, body, and home.

3 Simple Steps for your Spring Spruce Up

  1. Look into your schedule first; what is coming up and what are the must do items you need to tackle?  What are the big budget items you need to prepare for in order to reduce the chaos financially?  What do you want to get out of the way task wise, so you can focus on the quality time moments that are coming. 2. Re-evaluate and redefine self care once again. You may be in the midst of transitioning from reading books under a blanket all winter to considering talking a walk with an audiobook.  Add some simple habits that include sunshine and vitamin D into your routine. Consider the major areas of your life: your mind, your body, your heart and emotions, your spirit. If you need some support, I have a lot of resources to share with you.
